Elephant Medicine....

Elephant spoke to me while creating my vison board for 2023 and at the time I didn't quite know why I felt the instinct to place several pictures of elephant on my board. But I trusted, I placed them on by board and I let it go.

Not long after creating this vision board I started to see elephants in trunks of trees and in rocks whenever I went on a bush walk. Whether it was the trunk, the grooves of the elephant skin or the distinct eye of the elephant, it would always catch my eye while going on my walks.

It wasn't until later in the year that I decided to look up the spiritual meaning behind elephant and couldn't believe the synchronicity of its meaning and what I was going though at the time.

Elephant speaks of the power of love and loyalty and gives strength when we are going through challenging times. Elephant is about family connection, it will sacrifice to help the weak or ill in its tribe and it will do so with patience, love, compassion, great strength and so much grace. An Elephant also never forgets, and I feel last year was certainly a year I will never forget.

I was so grateful for this insight as it helped me understand so much, it guided me through one of the most challenging stages of my life (the loss of my Mum) and it allowed me to see things from a greater perspective.

I am also so grateful for knowing that we are always being guided and helped in ways that we can never predict or understand until right when we need it most.

The universe is a magical place when we open our hearts to it.
