Things you might not know about me....

I am an introverted extrovert, which means sometimes I can be shy and reserved or l can be quite loud around people I feel comfortable with, but I then need time alone to recover!

I have a deep love for grunge music! Grunge was a huge part of my teenage years and helped me to feel expressed and understood. It still plays a big part in releasing my stress/emotions and I am always on the lookout for good cover bands where I can dance quite badly  and make my body move!

Three years ago I thought I wasn't creative! I had to nurture my creativity to allow it to be fully expressed and that is what I now teach in all my workshops.

I would much rather a beer over any fancy cocktail!

7 is my life path number which basically means I struggle to make small talk, so be prepared to go deep!

I am a truth seeker and I am fascinated by all things philosophical.

I was born in Tweed Heads but I have lived on the Gold Coast my whole life.

I get intense goosebumps when I hear the didgeridoo, gospel singers and when people speak the truth!

I experienced my first spiritual awakening at 38 which had me wanting to learn more about angels, life beyond this human experience, spirit guides and faith in all its forms. It propelled me into an ongoing healing journey of awareness and change that has uncovered who I am today.

I love musical theatre and have pretty much cried at every performance I have ever experienced.

I will never forget a face, but names I am working on!

Anxiety kept me hidden for most of my life, not even really understanding what it was until I was in my 30s, but I am proud to say it only makes a rare appearance these days.

I am a recovering perfectionist. She's still there but I like to keep her in check!

I am a passionate chocolate lover and Nutella is my weakness!

I am accepting of all walks of life and hope that by me sharing a little about what you don't know about me encourages you to do the same!
