True Freedom is Expansion of the Soul

To do this we must be brave, we must choose it and trust ourselves on the deepest of levels.
Soul expansion means peeling back layers of pain we were taught to ignore. It means facing the shadows we’ve hidden in silence and never spoken out loud.
It’s looking in the mirror with courage instead of shame and realising you are not alone in your truth and your story deserves a voice.
True freedom requires healing.
And healing requires truth.
Not the kind of truth we recite to keep others comfortable, but the raw, unfiltered kind—the truth of our wounds, our anger, our longings, and our deepest grief.
You don’t get to experience your souls true light by skipping the darkness.
You walk through it.
You sit with the discomfort.
You let the tears fall, not as weakness, but as a sacred release.
Every time we face what scares us, every time we hold compassion for parts of ourselves we were told were unworthy, our soul expands.
We heal.
We grow.
We rise.
We don’t rise by chasing perfection or pretending or living our life on auto pilot.
We rise by meeting ourselves in all the places we have been avoiding the most.
This is where our light shines the brightest, where we get to truly see what we are capable of.
All our gifts are hidden in our healing and choosing to return to our hearts, our truth, our light.
